I founded PAAC IT in 2009 after working in the computer industry for a number of years. I felt that computer services had lost its personal touch with its customers. I wanted to make customers matter and be somewhere that they wanted and felt comfortable going for help, no matter how big or small the problem! Over the last 7 years I have built up a wealth of experience in PCs and Macs, servers and media systems. I enjoy problem solving for my consumer and business clients and have worked at building very close relationships with them. Outside of work I volunteer as a Scout Leader for 1st Easebourne Scouts, holding a session every Wednesday evening. I have had great opportunities to teach them about computing and internet safety which is now called a “digital citizen” award. Building PAAC IT has been both challenging and rewarding. I haven’t always got it right, but my determination to succeed has always steered me through. As Managing Director I am extremely proud of our apprenticeship programme, which has seen young enthusiastic teenagers grow and develop. One of which is now an outstanding Store Manager.
Business Development Director
After many years in the corporate world with PwC Consulting and IBM Global Business Services I joined PAAC-IT in April 2015 as Director, Business Development. I had worked with Richard a number of years ago in helping to set the company up, and am delighted to now come properly into the business. I bring the experience of policy, proceses and framworks gained in working with large corporate businesses. I'm delighted to now bring these capabilities to our SME clients.
Lead Web Developer
Oliver's mastery in word press is only rivaled by his SEO expertise. With a passion for helping small businesses to grow their online presence he is now an essential part of the PAAC IT team.
I joined PAAC-IT in August 2013 as an apprentice as I had an interest in computers and wanted to learn more about how to fix them. It was an opportunity for me to turn my hobby with gaming computers into a career. Over the time I have worked for PAAC-IT I have dealt with a variety of different customers and learnt how to diagnose and repair laptops and desktops ranging from Windows machines to Apple Macs. In January 2015 I became manager of the Midhurst shop after running the shop as an assistant manager for 4 months and learning the responsibilities of the manager’s role.
I've recently completed an apprenticeship which entailed being trained by PAAC-IT and going to Chichester College once a week. I qualified with a BTEC Level 3 in IT - with distinction. My work is primarily configuring, servicing and repairing computers for our customers - both residential and business. We have a great environment at PAAC IT in which all of us collaborate to support our customers.
