As an IT Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, including setting up routers, printers, and computers. You’ll also be responsible for conducting site visits and callouts, ensuring that our client’s IT infrastructure is running smoothly.
To be considered for this position, you should have experience in callouts or site visits, as well as a strong background in setting up and configuring IT equipment. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must have a full manual UK driving license and access to your own vehicle every day. You will be based out of our Haslemere office, and attend site visits to our clients in surrounding areas. There may be occasions for you to travel to further afield to our clients in London, Reading, and Manchester via road or rail. You will be working with Businesses, Schools, Charities and Care Givers. A clean enhanced DBS is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and callouts to provide technical support to clients
- Install and configure routers, printers, and computers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions
Requirements:
- Experience in callouts or site visits
- Strong background in setting up and configuring IT equipment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A desire to learn and grow within the IT industry
- Comptia Network+ or equivalent is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure that they can effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
