As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-time Bookkeeper and Office Administrator.
Initially, this is a part-time role, offering 8 hours per week, but with great potential for growth as our business expands. You will be working from our modern office located near the train station in Haslemere, Surrey. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping and administration, with a solid background in working with QuickBooks Online.

Main duties:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts, preparing management accounts, and handling VAT preparation.
- Manage accounts communication with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct bank and other reports reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform reconciliations between IT systems and Client invoices.
- Liaise with external accountants to provide necessary information for audits and financial reporting.
- Provide general client administration support, including document management, filing, and data entry.
